DATASHEETHI-201HS/883FN8265Rev.0.00April 9, 2012High Speed Quad SPST CMOS Analog SwitchThe HI-201HS/883 is a monolithic CMOS analog switchfeaturing very fast switching speeds and low ON resistance. This integrated circuit consists of four independentlyselectable SPST switches and is pin compatible with theindustry standard HI-201 switch.FeaturesFabricated using silicon-gate technology and the Intersildielectric isolation process, this TTL compatible device offersimproved performance over previously available CMOS analogswitches while eliminating the problem of latch-up associatedwith other fabrication processes. Featuring maximumswitching times of 50ns, low ON resistance of 50Ω maximum, and a wide analog signal range, the HI-201HS/883 is designedfor any military application where improved switchingperformance, particularly switching speed, is required. (A moredetailed discussion on the design and application of theHI-201HS/883 can be found in Application Note AN543.)
