Getting To Know The Help Desk The HCSIS Help Desk is the first point of contact for users who experience unexpected HCSIS results. Each week, the Help Desk team answers 50 to 100 phone calls about HCSIS. They monitor complaint and problem resolutions, answer questions on HCSIS related technical problems, and maintain a log of purposes.
